"Come expecting to hear a relevant word from God for your life, to experience community with others, and to learn how you can take your next step in your spiritual journey. Together, we want to equip every follower of Jesus to engage in God's work in your family, your workplace, and your community."
The quick answer to, “What to expect at our Sunday worship service?” is Jesus. The goal of our worship team is to create a space that is different than most people’s weekly life. We define the worship team as everyone in the room; the band is on stage. To achieve this we focus on singing, and speaking about God’s desire to have a relationship with us. We call our worship music style contemporary but you will hear some hymns along the way next to a song you might hear on Christian radio. Our worship leader, Kishore Carey, is passionate about our opportunity here to practice how we will worship God face to face.
The teaching is going to focus on what God says. The music is going to focus on what we say directly to God or about God. We are very purposeful about our use of lights, sound, and a water-based haze that is essentially a humidifier. We try to be as deliberate about our offering to God as He was in His instructions for His house of worship in scripture.
Our process and expectations are very transparent so if you’d like to learn more about what happens on Sundays please contact Kishore.

In Adventure Zone your child will be involved in Large Group (preschool or elementary) with high energy music and story telling, and small groups (age/grade level) with fun, supporting activities. Adventure Zone is designed so that we don’t miss the opportunity to engage our youngest with the Gospel of Jesus.
We are looking foward to getting to know you and your family. Below you will find some information as you arrive at Southview to be our guest in our Adventure Zone ministry.
When you arrive
When you arrive on Sunday morning, please head to the greeter station, by entering
the double doors on the far right as you walk in from the parking lot, as indicated by the "Kids Check-In" banner.
Each child will receive a name badge that includes a security code, full name,
and their class. As a parent, you will receive a card that contains the security codes matching the codes on their child's badges. Please hold on to
this security code as you will need it to pick up your child. Pagers are also available if your child is experiencing separation anxiety.
Once your child has been checked in, a greeter will gladly walk you and your child to their room for dropoff and answer any questions you may have
regarding the church, family ministry, and what to expect for your child while you attend worship.
You will pick up your child at the same room they were dropped off.
At pick up, parents/guardians must present the card with the security code to the volunteer working in their child's room. Volunteers will match the
code with the code on the child's name badges before releasing them. If you have lost your security tag, please contact the greeter or staff member.
Our 412 ministry is named after 1 Timothy 4:12 in which Paul encouraged Timothy to not let anyone look down on him because of his youth but to set an example for the believers. During our weekly gatherings, we encourage students in this same manner, and engage them in fun games, large group music and teaching, and small group discussion.
